Account Setup & Security — What You Need to Know

Each user may only open one account — multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited. ace 35 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for account verification, and withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Ace 35 users may use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. Operating betting activities for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or manage accounts is a clear violation of our rules.
Users may not engage in any illegal activity, money laundering, or fraudulent use of bonuses or promotions. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, or trying to bypass the platform's security measures by any means, will be treated as a serious violation. Providing false information to or harassing any ace 35 staff member is strictly prohibited.
